		<description>Well, I don&#039;t know about gobal warming, we did have some floods near where I live, but last year it was so cold.  I didn&#039;t go swimming till the end of June. This year the whole gobal warming thing seems more plausable.  But as always with science, there are the factors you forgot to consider.  Once you realize that the more complex a model you have, the more likely that something is wrong with it. 
Living on the coast has always subjected people to floods, but the payout of course is the trade. Apparently, people think this is worth it.</description>
